Language Focus: What to talk about with your Conversation Partner
There are a lot of things you can talk about with your conversation partner! You can practice small talk with unimportant (non-controversial) topics to begin with, and as you get to know a person a little more begin asking for personal questions. Consider the following topics to talk about:
- hobbies/free time, pets, interests, job, travel experiences, and travel plans, family life, friends, work, where you live, your studies….
